Deliveries During Covid Outbreak

Please note that thoigh we are making every effort to process orders quickly, deliveries may be delayed as a result of the Covid outbreak.

The delays are global and unfortunately, they are unavoidable as many couriers are operating with reduce number of workers.

Additionally, quarantine procedures as well as intake procedures for in-bound deliveries have been extended including with US customs as well as with the USPS which has modified their website to indicate delivery delays directly in the header of their homepage.

*****Effective 4/15/2020******

As a result of the Covid outbreak and in an effort to keep from charging shipping, we have taken the following steps to ensure that deliveries are made within the quickest possible time and that tracking remains available throughout the delivery process.

1. We have switched our courier service from ePacket which is presently experiencing longer than average delays (40-60 days) to a global courier service with delivery times of 18 to 25 days.

2. Shipments will be sent directly from our overseas warehouse

Tracking numbers will continue to work regardless of when your order was placed.

Express service is not available with the new courier however, they have proven  be reliable.

Tracking will be available with this courier and packages can be tracked under USPS website as well as the link below:

Please note that if you track your package through the USPS website, your tracking number will show as in route to facility until it has arrived at your local post office for home delivery.
